Defect
The folding slope board installed at the center door entrance of a bus has a handle with improper part dimensions. When the handle is operated, it may protrude beyond its intended position. Passengers may trip over the protruding handle and fall.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the handle with a non-defective part.

状況
バスの中扉出入口に設置してある反転式スロープ板において、取っ手の部品寸法が不適切なため、取っ手を操作した際、取っ手が突出するものがある。そのため、乗客が当該取っ手につまずいて転倒するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、取っ手を良品に交換する。
