Defect
In the hydraulic ABS unit of the antilock brake system, the assembly jig geometry is incorrect, and aluminum chips may be generated during the assembly process. If those aluminum chips become lodged in the check valve during ABS activation, the front or rear wheels may lock up.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the manufacturing number of the hydraulic ABS unit and replace any affected unit with a non-defective part.

状況
ＡＢＳ（アンチロックブレーキシステム）のハイドロリックＡＢＳユニットにおいて、構成部品の組付け治具形状が不適切なため、組付け時にアルミ片が発生することがある。そのため、ＡＢＳ作動時に当該アルミ片が逆止弁へ噛み込むと、前輪または後輪がロックするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ハイドロリックＡＢＳユニットの製造番号を確認し、該当するものは良品と交換する。
