Defect
On the flip-type boarding ramp installed at the center door of buses, the handle component dimensions are incorrect. When the handle is operated, it may protrude beyond its intended position. As a result, passengers may trip over the protruding handle and fall.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the handle with a non-defective part.
