Defect
On large hybrid route buses, the bracket securing the fan belt vibration-damping roller above the engine crank pulley has insufficient strength. Engine vibration causes the bracket to resonate and fracture. As a result, the bracket and roller may detach from the vehicle while driving.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fan belt vibration-damping roller mounting bracket with the corrected part.

状況
大型ハイブリッド路線バスにおいて、 ②エンジンクランクプーリ上部にあるファンベルトの振止めローラを固定する金具の強度が不足しているため、エンジン振動により当該金具が共振して折損するものがある。そのため、走行中に当該金具とローラが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、ファンベルトの振止めローラの固定金具を対策品に交換する。
