Defect
During final vehicle inspection at the manufacturing plant, it was found that inspectors who had not received the required training were conducting pass/fail determinations. As a result, inspections related to the Road Vehicles Safety Standards were not properly performed.

状況
車両製作工場の完成検査において、所定の教育を受けずに登用された完成検査員が合否判定を行ったものが認められたため、道路運送車両の保安基準に関する検査が適切に行われていなかった。
改善措置
全車両、指定整備工場において点検および自動車検査員による確認を行う。道路運送車両の保安基準に関する不具合が認められた場合は是正する。
