Defect
On large route buses, the wiring routed inside the driver's side wall panel is improperly routed, allowing it to contact the edges of the side wall panel bracket. Continued operation can damage the wiring insulation and cause a short circuit. In the worst case, the doors may become unable to open or close.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add protective material to the driver's side wall panel bracket. Inspect the wiring in that area and, if damaged, repair the wiring.

状況
②大型路線バスにおいて、運転者席側壁パネル内部の配線の配策が不適切なため、配策が側壁パネルブラケットの端部と干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、配線の被覆が損傷して短絡し、最悪の場合、扉が開閉できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、運転者席側壁パネルブラケットに保護材を追加するとともに、当該部の配線を点検し、損傷している場合は配線を補修する。
