Defect
On large route buses, the wiring routed inside the distribution box above the driver's seat is improperly routed, causing the wiring to contact the edge of the mounting bracket. Continued use can damage the wire insulation, resulting in a short circuit. In the worst case, the doors may become unable to open or close.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, a protective material is added to the wiring mounting bracket inside the distribution box above the driver's seat. The wiring in that area is then inspected, and any damaged wiring is repaired.

状況
大型路線バスにおいて、 ①運転者席上側配電箱内の配線の配索が不適切なため、配線が固定用ブラケットの端部と干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、配線の被覆が損傷して短絡し、最悪の場合、扉が開閉できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、運転者席上側配電箱内の配線固定用ブラケットに保護材を追加するとともに、当該部の配線を点検し、損傷している場合は配線を補修する。
