Defect
On 4-axle container-dedicated vehicles, the electrical circuit for a work lamp mounted at the rear of the vehicle—a lamp not intended for use while driving—is incorrectly configured. As a result, the lamp may be mistaken for a reversing lamp.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the electrical circuit for the work lamp is modified.
