Defect
On agricultural tractors, the brake valve is improperly designed, allowing pressure fluctuations during pump braking to cause interference between the check valve and the piston. The check valve and piston may become jammed together, resulting in incomplete brake pedal return. In the worst case, the brakes may lock.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake valve with a corrected part.

状況
農耕用トラクタの制動装置において、ブレーキバルブの構造が不適切なため、 ②ポンピングブレーキをした際の圧力変動により、チェックバルブとピストンが干渉することがある。そのため、チェックバルブとピストンが噛み込みブレーキペダルが戻り不良となり、最悪の場合、ブレーキがロックすることがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキバルブを対策品に交換する。
