Defect
On agricultural tractors, the brake valve is improperly designed, allowing residual pressure to remain in the equalizer valve. With continued use, oil temperature inside the brake valve rises, further increasing the residual pressure in the equalizer valve. In the worst case, the brake pedal may become impossible to depress.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake valve with a corrected part.

状況
農耕トラクタの制動装置において、ブレーキバルブの構造が不適切なため、 ①イコライザバルブ内に圧力が残る場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ブレーキバルブ内の油温上昇に伴い、イコライザバルブ内に残った圧力が高くなり、最悪の場合、ブレーキペダルを踏み込めなくなる。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキバルブを対策品に交換する。
