Defect
On blood collection vehicles, the alternator harness is routed incorrectly, allowing it to contact the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler during vehicle operation due to vibration. Continued use in this condition may cause the harness to short circuit. In the worst case, the harness may catch fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reroute the affected harness. If the harness is damaged, repair it.

状況
採血車のオルタネータ用ハーネスの配索が不適切なため、走行等の振動により、当該ハーネスが排気ガス再循環（ＥＧＲ）クーラと接触することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ハーネスがショートし、最悪の場合、発火するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ハーネスの配索を変更する。なお、ハーネスが損傷している場合は、補修を行う。
