Defect
On container-carrier vehicles, the large rear reflector is mounted in an incorrect position. As a result, the geometric visibility of the upper inner area of the reflector does not comply with the Road Vehicles Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install a new mounting bracket below the tail lamp and relocate the large rear reflector to the correct position.
