Defect
In the brake system, the brake light switch is improperly assembled, causing it to interfere with the brake pedal. Continued use in this condition may cause braking force to be applied even when the driver is not pressing the brake pedal.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the brake light switch mounting position is adjusted.

状況
制動装置において、制動灯スイッチの組付け手順が不適切なため、ブレーキペダルと干渉しているものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ブレーキペダルを操作していない状態で、制動力が発生しているおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該制動灯スイッチの取り付け位置を調整する。
