Defect
The fuel return pipe is improperly formed, causing it to contact the head cover. Engine vibration then wears a hole through the pipe, allowing fuel to contaminate the engine oil. In the worst case, the engine over-revs as a result of the fuel-diluted oil, causing internal engine damage and engine shutdown.
Corrective action
Replace the fuel return pipe with a conforming part.

状況
③燃料リターンパイプの成形が不適切なため、当該パイプがヘッドカバーと接触しているものがある。そのため、エンジン振動により当該パイプに穴が開き、エンジンオイルに燃料が混入し、最悪の場合、エンジンが過回転することによりエンジン内部が損傷しエンジン停止に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
③燃料リターンパイプを良品と交換する。
