Defect
The power steering supply-side hydraulic pipe has insufficient wall thickness, causing cracks to develop at the pipe's bent sections due to vehicle vibration and other factors. Continued use allows the cracks to progress, and in the worst case, the pipe leaks oil and steering effort increases.
Corrective action
Replace the power steering supply-side hydraulic pipe on all vehicles with the corrected part.

状況
パワーステアリングの供給側油圧パイプの肉厚が薄いため、車両振動等によりパイプの曲げ部に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、オイルが漏れて、かじ取ハンドルの操舵力が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、パワーステアリングの供給側油圧パイプを対策品と交換する。
