Defect
During the manufacturing process of the clutch slave cylinder, improper machining of the oil seal retaining section damages the oil seal. Continued use results in a defective seal, allowing air to enter the cylinder interior. In the worst case, gear shifting may become impossible.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the clutch slave cylinder assembly is replaced with a conforming unit.

状況
クラッチ作動側シリンダの製造工程において、オイルシール保持部の加工が不適切なため、オイルシールが損傷するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、シール不良となり、当該シリンダ内部に空気が混入するものがあり、最悪の場合、変速できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該クラッチ作動側シリンダ一式を良品と交換する。
