Defect
On large route buses equipped with an idling stop system, the flywheel ring gear has insufficient strength. Repeated engine starts cause gear tooth loss, and the engine may become unable to start.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the flywheel is replaced with a corrected part.

状況
アイドリングストップシステムを装着した大型路線バスにおいて、フライホイールのリングギヤの強度が不足しているため、始動の繰り返しによりギヤの歯が欠損して、原動機が始動できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フライホイールを対策品と交換する。
