Defect
The welding specification for the air-over-hydraulic booster mounting bracket on the front axle brake is incorrect, resulting in some brackets not being fully welded to the vehicle body. During operation, the booster vibrates excessively, damaging the connected air lines or oil lines and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
Add a reinforcing member to the mounting bracket on all vehicles and replace the air lines and oil lines with new parts.

状況
前軸用ブレーキにおいて、エアオーバハイドロリックブースタ取付金具の溶接指示が不適切なため、車体に確実に溶接されていないものがある。そのため、走行時にブースタが大きく振動し、接続されているエア配管またはオイル配管が損傷し、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該取付金具に補強部材を追加し、エア配管及びオイル配管を新品に交換する。
