Defect
On large touring buses, the bracket on the left-side rear-view mirror stay is improperly shaped, creating a gap between it and the body-side bracket. When the bolt is tightened, a crack develops in the stay-side bracket. Continued use in this condition may, in the worst case, cause the rear-view mirror to detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the left-side rear-view mirror bracket with a corrected/revised part.

状況
大型観光バスにおいて、②左側後写鏡を取り付けるステーのブラケットの形状が不適切なため、車体側のブラケットとの間に隙間が生じて、ボルトを締め付けた際にステー側のブラケットに亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、当該後写鏡が脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、②左側後写鏡ブラケットを対策品と交換する。
