Defect
The mounting bolts securing the bracket that holds the air tank and battery box are improperly tightened. Vibration during vehicle operation may cause these bolts to fall out. If the bolts are lost, the air tank can tilt, damaging the air lines connected to it and causing an air leak. In the worst case, braking force may decrease or gear shifting may become impossible.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the tightening condition of the affected bolts and retighten any that are loose to the specified torque. Replace any bolts that have fallen out with new parts.

状況
エアタンクとバッテリボックスを固定する金具の取付けボルトの締付けが不適切なため、走行中の振動等により、当該ボルトが脱落するものがある。 そのため、そのままの状態で使用すると、エアタンクが傾いて、エアタンクに接続されているエア配管が損傷しエアが漏れ、最悪の場合、制動力が低下する、あるいは、変速操作ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトの締付け状況を確認し、緩みがあるものは正規に締付ける。 また、ボルトが脱落しているものは、新品を取付ける。
