Defect
The ABS sensor electrical wiring is routed incorrectly, causing it to contact the brake air lines on some vehicles. Continued use allows vibration during driving to damage the air lines, causing an air leak. In the worst case, the wheel park (parking brake) may activate while driving, rendering the vehicle inoperable, or braking force may decrease.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reroute the ABS sensor wiring to maintain clearance from the air lines. Where contact marks are found on the air lines, cut out the damaged section and repair using new lines and fittings.

状況
ＡＢＳセンサーの電気配線の取り回しが不適切なため、電気配線とブレーキ用エア配管とが干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行中の振動等によりエア配管が損傷してエアが漏れ、最悪の場合、走行中にホイールパーク（駐車ブレーキ）が作動して走行不能又は制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＡＢＳセンサー配線の取り回しを変更し、エア配管との隙間を確保する。また、エア配管に干渉痕がある場合は、干渉部を切除し、新品配管及び継手金具で補修する。
