Defect
The combination of tube-type tire disc wheels and brake drums is incorrect, causing interference between the disc wheel and the brake drum on affected vehicles. This interference deforms the disc wheel, and continued use in this condition may cause the wheel nuts to loosen.
Corrective action
Notify all owners not to use tube-type tires, and affix a correction sticker to the owner's manual. Affix a caution label to the distribution box beside the driver's seat on all vehicles. Where tube-type tires are currently installed, replace them with tubeless tires.

状況
チューブ付きタイヤ用ディスクホイールとブレーキドラムの組合せが不適切なため、ディスクホイールとブレーキドラムが干渉しているものがある。そのため、ディスクホイールが変形した状態となっており、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとホイールナットが緩むおそれがある。
改善措置
全使用者にチューブ付きタイヤを使用しない様に説明し、取扱説明書に訂正シールを貼付する。また全車両、コーションラベルを運転席横配電箱に貼付する。 なお、チューブ付きタイヤを使用している場合にはチューブレスタイヤに交換する。
