Defect
The routing of the nylon tube air line serving the wheel parking brake is improperly arranged. In extreme cold, snow and ice accumulating on the line can freeze into large ice masses that impose excessive load on the nylon tube. This may cause the tube to fracture and lose air pressure, activating the parking brake while the vehicle is in motion. In the worst case, the rear wheels may lock.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the nylon tube and replace it with a new unit if any damage is found. On all vehicles, replace the nylon tube holder with the corrected part and reroute the nylon tube to the correct position.

状況
駐車ブレーキ（ホイールパーキングブレーキ）用エア配管（ナイロンチューブ）の取り 回しが不適切なため、厳寒時、配管等に付着した雪が凍結して氷塊となり、ナイロンチュ ーブに大きな荷重がかかることがある。そのため、ナイロンチューブが折損してエアが漏 れ、走行中に駐車ブレーキが作動し、最悪の場合、後輪がロックするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナイロンチューブを点検し、損傷のある場合は新品と交換する。 全車両、ナイロンチューブのホルダーを対策品と交換し、ナイロンチューブの取り回し を適切な位置に変更する。
