Defect
During press forming of the sensor plate — a component of the electronically controlled fuel injection system that regulates fuel injection quantity — microscopic cracks formed on some parts. Continued use allows engine vibration to fracture the sensor plate, disabling control of fuel injection quantity and injection timing. In the worst case, exhaust emissions may exceed the specified limit.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the sensor plate with a corrected part.

状況
原動機の電子制御式燃料噴射装置において、燃料噴射量を制御する装置の一部(センサー プレート)のプレス成型時に微細な亀裂が発生したものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を 続けると、エンジンの振動により当該センサープレートが破損し、燃料噴射量および噴射 タイミングの制御ができなくなり、最悪の場合、排出量が基準を超えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該センサープレートを対策品と交換する。
