Defect
The fuel hose routing from the fuel filter to the fuel injection pump is improperly assembled, causing the fuel hose to contact the engine emergency stop wire on some units. Continued use damages the fuel hose and, in the worst case, results in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a fixing clamp and protective material to the fuel hose. Additionally, inspect the fuel hose and replace any damaged hose with a new part.

状況
燃料フィルタから燃料噴射ポンプへ燃料を供給する燃料ホースの組付けが不適切なため、 当該燃料ホースと原動機非常停止ワイヤが干渉するものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を 続けると、燃料ホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該燃料ホースを固定クランプ及び保護部材を追加する。また、燃料ホースを点 検し、損傷があるものは新品に交換する。
