Defect
On the fuel-air mixer that supplies the engine, some shaft bearing sections—which transmit throttle position to the automatic transmission—were machined incorrectly. Repeated accelerator pedal operation causes wear in the bearing that retains the shaft and, in the worst case, the mixer throttle may fail to return to the closed position.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the mixer with the corrected part.

状況
原動機に燃料を供給する混合器(ミキサー)において、スロットル開度をオートマチック トランスミッションに伝達するシャフトの軸受部に加工不良のものがあり、繰り返しアク セルペダル操作を行うと、当該シャフトを保持する軸受部が摩耗し、最悪の場合、ミキサ ーのスロットルが戻らなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ミキサーを対策品と交換する。
