Issue
The ball stud at the gas stay attachment point of the trunk hinge was improperly manufactured, resulting in cracks in some units. Repeated opening and closing of the trunk lid may cause the ball stud to fracture, leaving the trunk lid unable to be held in position.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected trunk hinge with a non-defective part.

状況
トランクヒンジのガスステー取付け部のボールスタッドにおいて、製造が不適切であったため亀裂が生じているものがある。そのため、トランクリッドの開閉操作の繰り返しによって、ボールスタッドが破損し、トランクリッドを保持できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該トランクヒンジを良品に交換する。
