Issue
The clamping structure of the engine kick-starter lever is improperly designed, allowing the securing bolts and nuts to loosen and develop play. Continued use in this condition may cause the lever to deform and, in the worst case, detach entirely, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the kick-starter lever and bolt with corrected parts. Inspect the kick-starter shaft and replace any unit with damage to the serration with a new part.

状況
エンジン始動用キックスタータレバーの締付構造が不適切なため、固定しているボルト・ ナットが緩み、ガタが発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると 、当該レバーが変形し、最悪の場合、脱落して、他の交通の妨げとなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、キックスタータレバー及びボルトを対策品に交換すると共に、キックスタータシ ャフトを点検し、セレーション部が破損しているものは新品に交換する。
