Issue
In the steering system, the fixing nut on the hydraulic control section inside the steering gear box is improperly machined on some units. This may cause the hydraulic power assist function to degrade, increasing the effort required to operate the steering wheel.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the steering gear box serial number and, where applicable, replace the gear box with a conforming part.

状況
かじ取り装置において、ステアリングギヤボックス内部の油圧制御部の固定ナットに加 工が不適切なものがあるため、油圧倍力機能が低下することがあり、かじ取りハンドルの 操作力が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ステアリングギヤボックスの製造番号を点検し、該当するものは当該ギヤボッ クスを良品に交換する。
