Defect
The door stopper on the manual sliding door was not designed with sufficient consideration, allowing the stopper to deform if the door is opened forcefully. Continued use allows the deformation to progressively worsen. In the worst case, the sliding door can travel past the door stopper and become caught, making it impossible to close the door.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the door stopper and replace the stopper rubber with a corrected part. If deformation is found during inspection, straighten the door stopper.

状況
手動式スライドドアにおいて、ドアストッパの設計検討が不十分であったため、スライドドアを強く開くと、ドアストッパが変形することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、変形が徐々に大きくなり、最悪の場合、スライドドアがドアストッパを越えて引っ掛かり、スライドドアを閉めることができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ドアストッパを点検するとともにストッパゴムを対策品に交換する。なお、点検でドアストッパに変形が認められた場合は修正する。
