Defect
Due to an improper control program in the navigation system, certain operations may cause the LCD screen to go black or freeze. When this occurs, the camera image for front and left proximity confirmation is not displayed on the LCD screen, which may cause non-conformance with Safety Standards Article 44 (mirrors and indirect vision devices). Additionally, the rear camera image is not displayed during reversing, which may cause non-conformance with Safety Standards Article 44-2 (rearward visibility devices).
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the navigation system control program to the corrected/updated software.

状況
ナビゲーションシステムにおいて、制御プログラムが不適切なため、特定の操作をした場合に、液晶画面が黒くなったりフリーズしたりすることがある。そのため、液晶画面に直前直左確認用のカメラ映像が表示されず、保安基準第４４条（後写鏡等の基準）に、また、後退時にリヤカメラ映像が表示されず、保安基準第４４条の２（後退時車両直後確認装置）に適合しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナビゲーションシステムの制御プログラムを対策仕様に書き替える。
