Defect
The front wheel brake hose was improperly assembled to the vehicle body and is not secured in the correct position. In this condition, the hose contacts the end of the hose guide. Continued use may damage the hose and, in the worst case, cause brake fluid to leak and result in loss of front wheel braking.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the front wheel brake hose with a new part and reassemble it in the correct position.

状況
制動装置において、前輪ブレーキホースの車体への組付け作業が不適切なため、正しい位置に組み付けられていない。そのため、当該ホースがホースガイド端部と接触し、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れ、前輪ブレーキが効かなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前輪ブレーキホースを新品と交換し、正しい位置に組付ける。
