Defect
On large trucks fueled by compressed natural gas (CNG), the bracket securing the main shutoff valve has insufficient strength, and assembly instructions for the gas cylinders are inadequate. These conditions may cause cracks to form in the fuel pipe. Driving vibration can propagate the cracks and, in the worst case, result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel pipe and bracket assembly with corrected/revised parts, and reassemble the gas cylinders in the correct position.

状況
圧縮天然ガス（ＣＮＧ）を燃料とする大型トラックにおいて、主止弁を取り付けているブラケットの剛性が不足しているため、また、ガス容器の組み付け指示が不適切なため、燃料パイプに亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、走行振動等により亀裂が進展し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料パイプ及びブラケット一式を対策品に交換し、ガス容器を適切な位置に組み付ける。
