Defect
On trailers, inadequate process controls during manufacture allowed surface damage to occur on single-tire wheels. The damage acts as a crack initiation site, leading to crack propagation and air leak. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action

状況
トレーラのシングルタイヤ用ホイールにおいて、製造工程管理が不適切なため、当該ホイールに傷が生じているものがある。そのため、傷が起点となって亀裂が生じ、エア漏れが発生して、最悪の場合、走行できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
