Defect
The manufacturing control and component selection for circuit board elements in the headlight control module are inadequate, resulting in insufficient durability of those elements. Current flowing through the headlight circuit during normal operation damages the affected elements, causing the headlights to fail. In the worst case, the lighting system fuse blows and all lights on the vehicle become inoperative.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the headlights with the corrected parts.

状況
前照灯制御基板の構成部品（素子）の製造管理及び選定が不適切なため、当該素子の耐久性が不足しているものがある。そのため、前照灯点灯時の電流により当該素子が損傷し、前照灯が不灯となり、最悪の場合、灯火器のヒューズが切れ、全ての灯火が不灯となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前照灯を対策品に交換する。
