Defect
On aerial work platform vehicles, the contact clearance evaluation between the tire range of motion and surrounding structures was insufficient during design. When the vehicle body tilts, the right rear tire may contact the reinforcement plate on the boom rest mounting bracket. Repeated contact can damage the tire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, a portion of the reinforcement plate on the boom rest mounting bracket will be cut away and a corrected part installed. Additionally, the chassis spacer fixing bolts will be replaced with corrected parts. If tire damage is found, the tire will be replaced with a new one.

状況
高所作業車の走行装置において、タイヤの可動域の接触評価が不十分なため、車体が傾斜した際に右後輪タイヤとブーム受け取付部の補強板が接触することがある。そのため、接触が繰り返し行われると、タイヤが損傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブーム受け取付部の補強板の一部を切除し、対策品を取付ける。加えて、シャシスペーサ固定ボルトを対策品に交換する。また、タイヤが損傷している場合は、新品のタイヤに交換する。
