Defect
On diesel vehicles, the flange used to secure the urea solution injector to the exhaust front pipe is made of an inappropriate material. Rust may cause the flange to crack and detach. When this occurs, the urea solution injector also detaches, and exhaust emissions may no longer meet the required standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the front pipe with a conforming replacement part.

状況
ディーゼル車の排出ガス発散防止装置において、フロントパイプに取り付けられている尿素水インジェクタ固定用フランジの材質が不適切なため、錆によりフランジが亀裂して脱落することがある。そのため、尿素水インジェクタも脱落し、排出ガスが基準値を満足しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フロントパイプを良品に交換する。
