Defect
Some driver-side SRS airbag inflators were assembled with an incorrect partition plate that forms the inflation gas flow path inside the inflator. During airbag deployment, internal inflator pressure rises abnormally, causing the inflator housing to rupture and scatter fragments. Occupants may be injured as a result.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the driver-side SRS airbag inflator with a genuine conforming unit.

状況
運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータ（膨張装置）において、エアバッグ膨張ガス流路を形成している仕切り板に異品を組み付けたものがある。そのため、エアバッグ展開時にインフレータ内圧が異常上昇し、インフレータ容器が破損して飛び散り、乗員が負傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータを正規品と交換する。
