Defect
During assembly of the brake system vacuum hose, inadequate directional guidance allowed the hose to be installed in contact with the plastic engine cover. Continued use in this condition causes the hose to wear through, developing a hole. As a result, brake force decreases.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the vacuum hose with a new part.

状況
制動装置のバキュームホースにおいて、組付け時の方向指示が不適切なため、当該ホースと樹脂製のエンジンカバーが干渉しているおそれがある。そのため、そのまま長期間使用を続けると、当該ホースに穴があき、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ホースを新品と交換する。
