Defect
On heavy-duty trucks where the brake air tank has been relocated, the air tank bracket has insufficient strength. Body vibration and related forces may cause the bracket to crack. Continued use in this condition may cause the bracket to fracture and, in the worst case, the air tank may detach from the vehicle.
Corrective action
Replace the air tank bracket on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
大型トラックのブレーキ等のエアタンクを移設した車両において、エアタンクブラケットの強度が不足しているため、車体振動等により当該ブラケットに亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、エアタンクブラケットが折損し、最悪の場合、エアタンクが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エアタンクブラケットを対策品に交換する。
