Defect
When installing the instructor's horn switch on driver training vehicles, a connector of the wrong specification was assembled. Vibration during driving causes the connector terminals to make poor contact. As a result, the driver's horn may fail to sound.
Corrective action
Replace the affected connector on all vehicles with the correct part.

状況
教習車の教官用警音器スイッチを装着する際に、仕様の異なるコネクタを組み付けたため、走行時の振動等により当該コネクタ端子が接触不良となり、運転者用警音器が鳴らなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該コネクタを正規品と交換する。
