Defect
On dump-body equipped vehicles, the transmission cable was relocated during dump wire routing, leaving insufficient clearance between the transmission cable and the chassis harness on some units. Driving vibration may cause the transmission cable to contact the chassis harness. In the worst case, the chassis harness may sustain damage and short circuit, resulting in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
Inspect the clearance between the transmission cable and the chassis harness on all vehicles. Where clearance is insufficient, reroute the transmission cable and dump wire. If the chassis harness is damaged, repair it.

状況
ダンプ架装された車両において、ダンプワイヤ配索時にトランスミッションケーブルの移設を行ったため、トランスミッションケーブルとシャシハーネスとの隙間が不足しているものがある。そのため、走行振動により、トランスミッションケーブルとシャシハーネスが干渉し、最悪の場合、シャシハーネスが損傷・短絡して火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、トランスミッションケーブルとシャシハーネスの隙間を点検し、隙間の少ないものはトランスミッションケーブル及びダンプワイヤの配索方法を変更する。また、シャシハーネスに損傷があるものは、シャシハーネスを補修する。
