Defect
The weld joining the clutch release fork shaft—the component that engages and disengages the clutch—to its lever is defective, causing the weld to separate on some units. When this occurs, clutch operation is lost and the vehicle becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
Replace the clutch release fork shaft on all vehicles with a conforming replacement part.

クラッチレリーズフォークシャフト（クラッチを断続するための部品）とレバーとの溶接が不良のため、当該溶接部が剥がれるものがある。そのため、クラッチ操作ができずに走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
