Defect
During the manufacturing process of the propeller shaft between the transmission and the auxiliary transmission on crane carrier vehicles, improper heat treatment results in insufficient strength on some units. Continued use may cause the propeller shaft to fracture, leaving the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the propeller shaft with a conforming part.

状況
クレーン用台車の変速機と副変速機間のプロペラシャフトの製造工程において、焼き入れ作業が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、プロペラシャフトが折損し、走行不能に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該プロペラシャフトを良品と交換する。
