Defect
On LPG bulk tanker vehicles equipped with an accelerator interlock device, the roller on the accelerator lock solenoid lever is too short. If the accelerator pedal is depressed at a lateral angle, the pedal may slide under the roller and become trapped. When this occurs, the accelerator pedal cannot return to its rest position, and engine speed will not decrease even after the driver's foot is removed from the pedal.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected lever with a corrected part.

状況
LPGバルクローリ車に追加装着されているアクセルインターロック装置において、ア クセルロックソレノイドレバーのローラ長が短いため、アクセルペダルが横方向にずれる ような踏み方を行うと、アクセルペダルが当該ローラの下に入り込むことがある。そのた め、アクセルペダルが正規の位置に戻らなくなり、アクセルペダルから足を離しても原動 機の回転が下がらなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該レバーを対策品と交換する。
