Defect
The axle shaft that mounts the tire has an improperly designed step geometry. This causes cracks to develop in the axle shaft. In the worst case, the axle shaft may fracture and the wheel may separate from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the axle shaft and replace it with a corrected part.

状況
走行装置において、タイヤを取り付けているアクスルシャフト段付き部の形状が不適切な ため、アクスルシャフトに亀裂が発生することがあり、最悪の場合、アクスルシャフトが 折損して車輪が脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アクスルシャフトを取り外して対策品と交換する。
