Defect
The rivets securing the brake anchor pin are improperly crimped. Continued use in this condition may cause the rivets to fracture and, in the worst case, reduce brake effectiveness.
Corrective action

状況
制動装置において、ブレーキアンカーピンを固定しているリベットにかしめ不良のもがあ り、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該リベットが折損し、最悪の場合、ブレーキの 効きが悪くなる恐れがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、当該リベットにかしめ不良がある場合には、ブレーキアッセンブリーを良 品と交換する。
