Defect
The shift fork in the electronically controlled transmission of the powertrain was manufactured incorrectly. Continued use may cause the shift fork to fracture. If this occurs, the transmission gears may remain engaged even when the shift switch is placed in neutral, causing the vehicle to move unintentionally.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the electronically controlled transmission with a conforming part.

状況
動力伝達装置の電子制御式変速装置のシフトフォークの製造が不適切なため、そのままの 状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、当該シフトフォークが折損することがあり、変速操 作スイッチでニュートラル位置にしていても変速ギヤが噛み合った状態のままとなり車両 が動き出すおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、電子制御式変速装置を良品と交換する。
