Issue
In the dedicated engine used to operate the refrigeration unit, the delivery guide inside the delivery holder of the fuel injection pump received improper heat treatment during manufacturing, causing initial cracks to form at the seal. Continued use allows these initial cracks to propagate, which may result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel injection pump delivery assembly on the refrigeration unit engine with a revised assembly incorporating a conforming delivery guide.

状況
冷凍機を稼働させるための専用エンジンにおいて、燃料噴射ポンプのデリベリホルダ内部のデリベリガイドの熱処理が不適切なため、シール部に初期亀裂が発生しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該初期亀裂が進展し燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両の冷凍機用エンジンの燃料噴射ポンプについて、良品のデリベリガイドを組込んだデリベリ仕組みと交換する。
