Defect
On vehicles equipped with leaf suspensions, the automatic headlamp leveling program in the vehicle master control unit is incorrect. As a result, the automatic headlamp beam direction adjustment device does not operate when the lighting switch is set to the parking lamp on and auto-illumination position. This causes the vehicle to fail to meet the requirements of Safety Standards Article 32 (headlamp standards).
Corrective action
On all vehicles, update the automatic headlamp leveling program in the vehicle master control unit to the corrected software.

状況
リーフサスペンション仕様車において、車両マスター制御ユニットの自動式前照灯照射方向調整（オートレベライザ）のプログラムが不適切なため、ライティングスイッチの車幅灯点灯＋自動点灯位置で前照灯照射方向調整装置が作動しない。そのため、保安基準第３２条（前照灯等）で定める要件に満足しない。
改善措置
全車両、車両マスター制御ユニットの自動式の前照灯照射方向調整プログラムを対策プログラムに修正する。
